30 DAY CHALLENGE

So...every year in January when I get back from being home I do a 4 or 6 week challenge where I give up some food thing. It isn't so much for weight loss but rather just to see how I feel. What I have found is that in every case I have replaced the thing I removed with something else. So this year I have decided to have a team join me. My team. PT clients, class clients, my mom and some fitness minded friends. I asked everyone to give up something and take in something. So get rid of a "bad" habit and add in a "good habit. This challenge starts MONDAY JAN 9th and ends WED FEB 8th.

I have chosen to up the anti and give up 3 things, the 3 S's. SUGAR, SNACKS and SHOPPING. Probably my 3 greatest addictions. I will be adding in one 30 minute stretch a week. In a sense I feel like giving up sugar is huge enough but I also know that if I don't give up snacking (where most of my sugar intake happens) then I will simply replace sugar with salt instead. So today is the last day before we start and I would like to give myself some other goals. These are goals for the year. I refuse to call them resolutions as it seems like that will immediately lead to failure. So rather to give myself a few things I would like to hold myself accountable for. They are things to better my business and my well being.

  1. make at least 1 business instagram reel a week

  2. blog daily/every other day about the 30 day challenge

  3. dep $20 into savings every time I earn something through the bar

  4. cook at home

  5. order in no more than once a week

  6. find a new fitness goal/challenge

I have chosen to write this here to hold myself more accountable. I always urge clients to find goals for themselves so they can have victories within their journeys and it's time I do the same. If you have goals or things you want to start, why not today?
